Company Specific Training

Nella Global Solutions specialises in the creation of company specific training films within any area of business that requires a procedure or policy adherence. Training by video re-enactment allows for staff to consistently follow a best practice example. Additionally, where a workforce is dispersed across large areas the training films can be accessed via training hubs. This allows for training to take place in situ as opposed to transporting staff to a centralised area. Nella Global Solutions can host any training film and provide for online testing and certification.

The scripts for our films are created from the relevant policy. There is a presenter component where the relevant information is imparted to the viewer and reinforced with bullet points and visual cues. Re-enactments demonstrate to the viewer exactly how they should conduct the required duty. At the end of each module there is a mini test to ensure that learning has occurred. All modules are reinforced with an accompanying workbook which is used in conjunction with the video training.

Our training hubs can host any relevant modules and can be individualised to the client. The hubs can support up to 500 simultaneous logins.

Once the module is viewed the online test can be taken with pass or fail results being provided directly the employer’s human resources section.
