Functionality Reviews

Nella Global Solutions has industry experience in the provision of targeted functionality reviews.  Where an organisation believes that an area or arm of it’s business can improve, a review is conducted to identify any issues, problems, resource deficits or procedure/policy gaps.  These reviews are both historical and forward-looking.  Nella Global Solutions assesses the ability of the team, group or area to address currently issues, obligations and requirements and also assess their ability to meet future objectives and challenges.  These types of reviews are primarily conducted for small teams of employees or isolated groups working within larger organisations.  These types of employees or groups can be isolated for a number of reasons such as geographical, hierarchal, procedural or personality driven situations.

To maximise openness during the review, Nella Global presents a communication strategy to staff to collaboratively and transparently engage all affected staff and stakeholders. Staff are updated on a regular basis regarding progress and are provided insight into the preliminary findings as early as possible during the review process.

The review is conducted using specific terms of reference as determined by the agency or client and is matched against a common framework, focusing on leadership, strategy, methodologies, key performance indicators, job descriptions and delivery capabilities.
