Website & Training Hub

Nella Global Solutions is able to individually create impressive websites to suit any budget and any requirement. The functionality of the sites we provide is extensive and can include webfilms, shop facilities, blog room, community areas, flash animation or just information. Additionally, we can create company training hubs that can support up to 500 simultaneous logins.

Our hubs can be individualised to look like part of your current intranet or internet site. Each staff member is required to create a profile. This profile maintains all their pass and fail results.

Staff are permitted to view each training module and at their own pace take an online test to ensure that training has taken place. Once the test is completed the results are emailed directly to Human Resources for attachment to either a physical or electronic file.

The test results ensure that learning has taken place, the policy or procedure is understood and evidence for performance management tool in the future should staff not be adhering to the process.
